Refund Policy
This policy explains refunds for Tallyrook subscriptions.
Annual subscriptions
Each successful annual charge starts a new refund window, including each renewal. The elapsed time is measured from that charge. The tiers apply separately to each annual charge:
- Through 72 hours after the charge: 100% refund.
- More than 72 hours through 30 days after the charge: 75% refund.
- More than 30 days through 90 days after the charge: 50% refund.
- After 90 days from the charge: no refund.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to stop future monthly renewals.
Free trials
No refund is due if you cancel during the free trial before any charge.
